Qualifications:
- Applicants must hold or be eligible for a Virginia license with an endorsement in School Psychology.
- Graduate level work including training in psychological and educational testing
- Experience and skill as an active member of a multi-disciplinary team to support struggling students through a problem-solving process
- Skilled at conducting individual and group counseling sessions with students
- Experience in the administration of and interpretation of psychological and educational diagnostic assessment instruments
- Skilled in explaining evaluative information to staff and parents, and skill with report writing to include prescriptive educational recommendations.
Pay Rate:
Psychologist Grade PY Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position).
Contract: Full time / 11 months / 220 days
